A total of 58 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teams from across Bireuen Regency are participating in the 3rd Mini Soccer League 2026. The sports tournament for Islamic elementary school students officially kicked off on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
The regency-level competition is being held at the RKN Mini Soccer Field, located in Lhok Awe-Awe Village, Kuala District, Bireuen Regency. The festive opening ceremony was officiated directly by the Regent of Bireuen, Ir. H. Mukhlis, S.T.
This annual event was initiated by the Bireuen Regency Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Principals Working Group (KKMI). All competing participants are representatives from public and private MIs under the auspices of the Bireuen Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kankemenag), who enthusiastically joined to enliven the celebration.
