Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. H. Sunarto, S.H., M.H., has officially inaugurated Dr. Sutio Jumagi Akhirno, S.H., M.Hum. as the new Chief Judge of the Banda Aceh High Court in Jakarta. Sutio steps into the position to replace the previous official, Nursyam, S.H., M.Hum.
Following this leadership transition, Nursyam, who steps down from his post in Banda Aceh, has been entrusted with a new mandate by the Supreme Court. He has now been appointed to lead the Banjarmasin High Court.
The inauguration ceremony marks the start of a new leadership era at the Banda Aceh High Court to continue and strengthen judicial governance for the local community.
