PIDIE — Progress on the construction of the public bathing, washing, and toilet facility (MCK), one of the physical targets of the 129th TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) program by Kodim 0102/Pidie at the Blang Cot Village Public Cemetery (TPU) area, Sakti District, Pidie Regency, reached 50 percent on Wednesday (5/8/2026).
Reaching the halfway mark of the construction target is marked by an acceleration of technical work on the ground. The personnel involved continue to maximize physical labor to ensure the public sanitation facility is completed on schedule and can soon be utilized by local residents.
Focus of Physical Construction Work
Currently, work progress on site is focused on the final phase of the main structure, namely the installation of door frames and wall plastering. These intensive steps are being taken to ensure structural strength and aesthetic neatness before entering the final finishing stage.
Upgrading and enhancing the quality of the sanitation facility in this village cemetery area is a priority to support hygiene and community comfort, particularly during social or religious events around the Blang Cot Village public cemetery area.
Proceeding According to Schedule
The entire construction process for this sanitation facility is being carefully monitored to ensure that the build quality meets the specifications set out in the 129th TMMD program.
"The construction of the MCK facility is progressing according to the planned stages," said the Field Coordinator for the 129th TMMD, First Lieutenant Inf Samsul Bahri.
Maintaining Village Development Quality
This commitment to phased and measured execution is expected to accelerate the completion of all physical targets under the TMMD in the Kodim 0102/Pidie area. Following the completion of door frame installations and wall plastering, work will proceed to painting, water installation, and other supporting sanitation equipment.
Through this acceleration of work, the 129th TMMD program in Sakti District is expected not only to provide proper physical infrastructure, but also to bring a tangible impact on improving the quality of life and health of the community in Pidie Regency.
