The West Aceh Regency Government, alongside civil society elements, continues working to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This effort was realized through an event titled "Realizing Inclusive Employment for Women with Disabilities in West Aceh," held at the Job Training Center (BLK) in Lapang Village, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency, on Sunday (August 2, 2026).
The event was initiated by FKM BKA YWU in partnership with Jaringan Peduli Aceh (JPA). The initiative also received full support from the West Aceh Regency Government, reflecting its commitment to equal rights in the workplace.
Designed as both a discussion forum and a stepping stone, the activity aims to champion employment rights for women with disabilities. Through this agenda, stakeholders hope to foster a more welcoming, fair, and accessible work environment in West Aceh.
