Gampong Mibo in Banda Raya Subdistrict, Banda Aceh City, has successfully strengthened its village finances through independent asset management. The village relies on 12 rental housing units that contribute an annual income of approximately IDR 100 million to bolster the Village Original Income (PAG).
Proceeds from the property rentals are utilized to fund various village development programs. Furthermore, the accumulated revenue is channeled to advance the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) and support economic empowerment initiatives for local residents.
The presence of this rental housing complex serves as a concrete example of how productive village assets can be managed autonomously to yield direct benefits for the Mibo community.
