SOUTH ACEH — Construction of the first Uninhabitable House (RTLH) under the 129th Regular TNI Building Villages (TMMD) program of Military District Command (Kodim) 0107/South Aceh recorded rapid progress, reaching 78 percent on Wednesday (8/5/2026). Work on the residence belonging to Salami, located in Kemumu Hilir Village, Labuhanhaji District, has now entered the finishing stage to expedite the creation of a safe and livable home.

This physical progress milestone reflects successful field coordination continuously driven by Kodim 0107/South Aceh personnel alongside local residents. The main structure of the TMMD target building now stands firmly as work proceeds toward completing construction details.

Home Construction Reaches 78 Percent

The construction of the first RTLH unit is one of the priority physical targets in the 129th Regular TMMD agenda in South Aceh Regency. Salami's house in Kemumu Hilir Village has undergone a significant transformation from its inadequate initial condition into a permanent building ready for occupation.

Based on field monitoring as of Wednesday (8/5/2026), the completion rate has touched 78 percent. With 22 percent remaining, work is currently focused on the finishing touches, including smoothing walls, painting, and arranging both interior and exterior areas to ensure it is ready for timely handover.
