Cement manufacturer PT Solusi Bangun Andalas (SBA) has failed to settle its limestone tax payments owed to the Aceh Besar Regency Government, with unpaid tax liabilities reaching Rp 866.2 million.
The issue was revealed in an Audit Result Report (LHP) issued by the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK). BPK noted that tax obligations stemming from the company's limestone extraction have not been fully deposited into the regional treasury.
These tax arrears have impacted the local revenue (PAD) of the Aceh Besar Regency Government. Consequently, BPK recommended that the tax obligations be settled immediately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
