A team from the Aceh Regional Police Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) conducted an inspection and supervision of public services at the Bener Meriah Joint Samsat Office on Tuesday (Aug 4). The move was carried out to ensure that all administrative processes and the issuance of motor vehicle documents adhere to established procedures.
The field inspection was led directly by the Head of the BPKB Section at the Aceh Police Traffic Directorate, Police Commissioner Vifa Fibriana Sari, serving as Team B Leader. During the visit, the team thoroughly reviewed officer readiness as well as facilities and infrastructure at the Registration and Identification (Regident) Unit of the Bener Meriah Police Traffic Unit.
In addition to checking personnel readiness, the supervisory team also inspected conditions in the vehicle physical examination area firsthand. This evaluation aims to enhance service quality so that the public can manage vehicle documentation conveniently, transparently, and in a timely manner.
