TAKENGON — The Narcotics Unit of the Central Aceh Police successfully dismantled two cross-district crystal methamphetamine distribution networks. The enforcement operation tracked the syndicate's movements connecting three strategic regions in Aceh Province: Central Aceh Regency, North Aceh Regency, and Lhokseumawe City.
During the raid, law enforcement officers apprehended four suspects strongly believed to be actively involved in the illicit drug distribution chain. In addition to securing the perpetrators, police seized crucial evidence strengthening their involvement in the narcotics crime.
Arrest of Four Suspects and Evidence Seizure
Based on field findings, the four suspects apprehended by officers are identified by the initials R, A, MR, and SBI. Each played a role in the cross-district crystal meth distribution network.
During the raid, Central Aceh Police Narcotics Unit officers also seized evidence in the form of several packages of ready-to-distribute crystal meth along with drug paraphernalia (bongs). All evidence along with the suspects are now secured at Central Aceh Police Headquarters for further investigation and legal proceedings.
Manhunt for Primary Supplier Initialed CH
Despite successfully capturing four network members, police efforts have not stopped there. Officers are currently conducting an intensive manhunt for the suspected primary supplier of the illicit drugs, identified by the initials CH.
Based on initial identification and interrogation of the apprehended suspects, the primary supplier CH is indicated to be in Lhokseumawe City. Police have placed CH on the wanted list (DPO) and instructed operational teams to trace his location to sever the supply chain of crystal meth into the Central Aceh region.

The exposed illicit narcotics trade demonstrates a syndicate operational pattern that utilizes inter-district routes to supply and distribute illicit goods. The connectivity between Central Aceh, North Aceh, and Lhokseumawe City was exploited by the perpetrators to expand their market reach for crystal meth users.
In response to the growing danger of narcotics within its jurisdiction, the leadership of Central Aceh Police emphasized a firm commitment to eradicating all forms of narcotics abuse crimes.
