Gampong Mibo, located in Banda Raya District, Banda Aceh City, has adopted a self-reliant approach to increasing village revenue. The village manages 12 rental housing units as productive assets, generating approximately Rp100 million annually for the Village Original Revenue (PAG).
Proceeds from the property rentals are utilized to support various village needs. In addition to funding physical development within the gampong, these funds are allocated to develop the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) and run economic empowerment programs for local residents.
The operation of these rental properties serves as a concrete example of effective village asset management. This independent initiative helps Gampong Mibo maintain economic stability for its residents while sustainably strengthening the village treasury.
